POP UP COVID CLINIC THIS COMING SUNDAY APRIL 11TH 2021 AT THE MEDICINE SHOPPE OF ARTESIA.
Residents of Artesia and Cerritos: GREAT NEWS....The medicine shoppe of Artesia is offering 250 to 300 doses of Pfizer vaccine will be available.
Event date: Sunday, April 11th, 2021
Event time: 8:00am to 12pm
Location: The Medicine shoppe of Artesia 11515 Artesia Blvd, Artesia
Vaccine itself is FREE. We do bill your insurance for administration fees (as required and allowed by law), and there is absolutely no COPAY to you.
COME WITH A COPY OF YOUR ID AND INSURANCE CARD IF YOU HAVE ONE + PARK OFF-SITE SO WE CAN DO THE CLINIC SEMI OUTDOOR + BE READY FOR COLD OR HOT WEATHER + WATER + SORRY BUT WE DO NOT HAVE A PUBLIC RESTROOM.
If everyone comes ready.....registered online + copy of your ID and Insurance in hand...We will get you in and out in less than 30 minutes including the 15 minute post vaccination time. See you there bright and early on SUNDAY. come on time..not early to avoid creating traffic jam!
